The five-minute checklist

Run through these in order before anything else. They fix most Waho problems and none of them risks your account.

  1. Check your connection. Open a web page. If that’s slow too, the network is the problem, not Waho.
  2. Force-close and reopen. Settings → Apps → Waho → Force stop, then launch it again.
  3. Restart the phone. Genuinely worth doing, not just something support says to stall you.
  4. Clear the cache. Settings → Apps → Waho → Storage → Clear cache. This does not sign you out.
  5. Update Waho. Google Play → profile icon → Manage apps & device → Updates available.

Each of these goes to the full walkthrough — causes, steps in order, and when it stops being something you can fix yourself.

Waho won’t open

Closes instantly, blank screen, or stuck on the splash screen.

Is Waho down?

We don't operate a status page for Waho and won't invent one. Here's how to work it out yourself:

  • Other apps work, Waho doesn’t. Points to Waho rather than your connection.
  • It fails the same way on mobile data and Wi-Fi. Rules out one network.
  • It fails on a second device too. Rules out your phone.
  • It’s been more than twenty minutes. Short outages resolve themselves; give it time before reinstalling anything.

If all four are true, waiting is the correct response. Reinstalling during a server-side outage just signs you out for no benefit.

Last resort: reinstall

  1. Confirm you know which sign-in method you registered with.
  2. Uninstall Waho: press and hold the icon → Uninstall.
  3. Restart the phone.
  4. Install Waho again from Google Play.
  5. Sign in with your original method — see the login guide.
